ADAN joins the Strategic Group on Innovation and Tokenization (BdF, DGT, AMF)

ADANis proud to announce that its Head of European Affairs,Adriana Torres Vergara, alongsideMark Kepeneghian(Chair of ADAN’s Tokenization Committee and CEO of LISE) andInés Beneyto(Head of Strategy – Capital Markets, LISE), have been appointed as ADAN representatives to the Strategic Group on Innovation and Tokenization established by theBanque de France, theDirectorate General of the Treasury, andthe Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

️️ Chaired byDenis Beau, First Deputy Governor of the Banque de France;Christophe Bories, Director of the Treasury’s Economic Financing Department; andSébastien Raspiller, Secretary General of the AMF; this group brings together senior executives from the leading financial institutions in the French financial sector.

As international initiatives gain momentum, the group’s mission is to support the adoption of DLT within the financial sector. It will focus on identifying concrete use cases, while assessing the risks that a delay in adopting this technology could pose to Europe’s competitiveness and financial sovereignty.

The group will also contribute to the Franco-German working group on tokenized finance, announced in June by the ministers of economy and finance.
