Internship Opportunity - Operations & Strategy Project Manager
As part of its business expansion, Adan is recruiting an Operations & Strategy Project Manager intern to support the organization in its day-to-day operations and the management of cross-functional projects.
Founded in 2020, Adan brings together and represents professionals in the digital assets and blockchain technology sectors in France and Europe. Today, it is the leading professional network in the digital assets industry, working to foster its development, structure, and influence.
Responsibilities
You will contribute to several key projects for the organization:
- Cross-functional tasks and projects for the association: assisting with the preparation and follow-up of meetings, committees, and thematic working groups; contributing to publications, studies, consultations, partnerships, or internal projects based on current events and ADAN’s priorities.
- Content creation and industry monitoring: drafting briefings, reports, presentation materials, invitations, and web content related to crypto and blockchain news.
- Organization of Adan events: assisting with the preparation of conferences, roundtables, meetings, and webinars; tracking registrations, preparing materials, and communicating with speakers and service providers.
- Support for member and partner relations: monitoring communication with members, assisting with the onboarding of new members.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student in the third year (L3) or master’s program, at a university or grande école, Sciences Po / IEP, or business school
- A strong interest in topics related to innovation, finance, technology, public policy, or corporate communications
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Diligence, organization, independence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office and collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, email marketing tools, CMS / WordPress or equivalent
- Prior experience in a company, nonprofit, consulting firm, public affairs, communications, or event planning is a plus
In-depth knowledge of the crypto-asset sector is not required, but a genuine interest in these topics is appreciated.
