About the Association
ADAN is the leading professional federation for the crypto sector in France and Europe. As an association governed by the French Law of 1901, it brings together nearly 150 professionals—including both new entrants and established companies. Adan represents the crypto industry before all public authorities (regulators, institutions, policymakers) at both the French and European levels, and actively works to support the emergence of industry leaders to strengthen digital sovereignty. Position: Operations Manager
Contract: Permanent contract Location: Paris (occasional remote work possible) Salary: Between €40,000 and €50,000 gross annually Start date: First quarter of 2026
Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end planning and execution of Adan events (meetups, conferences, VIP dinners, etc.): securing sponsorships, managing logistics, etc.
- Managing the membership processes for our 120+ member companies
- The association’s communications, both to our members (newsletters, emails) and externally (social media, website)
- Management of accounting and HR processes, as well as internal software (CRM).
Required skills and experience
- Master's degree (business school, IEP, or university)
- At least one significant work experience (internships or permanent positions)
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential for working in a European environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills suited to interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders (institutional representatives, entrepreneurs, and large corporations).
- Ability to manage tasks independently, anticipate deadlines, and take the initiative.
- Proficiency in computer software (Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, Pennylane, etc.).
- Experience in design or corporate finance is a plus.
- An interest in crypto-related topics is a plus.
